We went to a splash park with there friends Parker! They loved it!

I couldn't leave Brian out.. He has been hunting and having a blast, he was able to go for about 2 weeks, and lets just say we need to hear the words BBD!!!!! He looks way Sexy though in his hunting clothes!!

The boys wanted to try out Karate, so we did. They Loved it... It was fun to watch them gain confidence!

I was able to go with Bt to his first field trip... I was so nervous/excited! I was so happy with friends that he had, and how he could careless if he was right next to me or not!! It was sad to see how BIG he is getting, but i am so proud of him!! We had a blast! They did the petting zoo, a Big slide, and a hay ride and then we got to pick out own pumpkins ....oh and the corn maze, not my favorite, ha ha. Being in charge of 5 kids in a huge maze, ya not so much fun!

I have been putting off posting about this because it was so scary and still so real in my mind! But I feel like i need to let everyone know, including my heavenly father,( even though i thank him everyday) that the lord has truly blessed our family!! The first week of Brielle's life she would throw up prob once a day. She is very hard to burp. So one night ( 9 days old) i had tucked the kids in and was sitting on the couch burping Brielle. She threw up and instead of breathing after she threw up she started choking on all the milk that was coming up. I got the suction, and was trying to suction out the back of her mouth, nothing was coming out, she was turning PURPLE. She wasn't breathing, her eyes where wide open rolling back in her head, so I tried to dial 911, but couldn't, so I ran with her as fast as i could upstairs to my sister in law. She called 911 as i kept trying to keep my baby alive, Brielle would take a tiny gasp for air every minute or so. I was hysterical and the ambulance couldn't find our apartments because we are a new development! It took almost 7 minutes to get help to us. She was still purple when they got here, They took Brielle from me and jumped in the ambulance. They suctioned her for a few minutes in the ambulance and then took her to the ER. Christina called Brian and he was speeding to get to us(he was 30 minutes away) The police officer drove me to the La Porte hospital. Brielle was in a room being suctioned and getting x-rays. I was terrified and just kept praying for my baby girl! Brian got there and right as he got there , the Dr's decided to transport her to a better hospital with a PICU(Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, And of course it was in the same city Brian had just came from) So I went in the Ambulance with Brielle, and Brian followed. Brielle was stable and her oxygen level was normal and her color was back to normal. But even though things where going good, i was still so worried! We got to the PICU and the Dr. came over to talk to me, I had this awesome feeling like he was a member of the church. And within the first 2 minutes of us talking it came out that he was! I was so comforted and thankful to my heavenly father for just sending that comfort and just reminder that HE is with us and there for us! He offered to help Brian give her a blessing, and they gave an amazing blessing! Everything was looking good. They had concluded that she has really bad acid reflex. It doesn't sound bad, i know. But seeing what i saw I was a wreck! We where grateful that she didn't have fluid in her lungs. We where able to bring our baby girl back to our loving home 24 hours later!! We are so GRATEFUL for this miracle. We cant thank our heavenly father enough for watching over Brielle, and our whole family! I love my 5 children and husband more than anything in this world. I cant imagine my life with out any of them! I have such good kids, and a great husband and I am so Proud of all of them! I know a lot of people Prayed for our family during this time and I want to thank all of you for your thoughts and prayers! We felt all of them! I am sitting here crying as i feel the spirit so strongly just remembering this time. I AM SO BLESSED!

Lots of Brown Hair!

This Is our Beautiful Baby Girl! This was taken Right after she was born!

This is when we where all packed up ready to take her home to her excited brothers!

YEAH I AM HOME!! ha ha , actually she is just stretching, but hey we can pretend she knows she is home!

Well we went in to get induced on sunday June 5, 2011 at 8 PM. We are both excited but actually nervous. They got me started on pit, and i have done this so many times i new i wanted an epidural so she was having them come in. So she comes in and my contractions had started hurting but i was fine. So she did the 1st try of the epidural, and ya after she was done we waited and only one of my legs went numb and nothing else, so she pulls out my epidural and try's again, and this time she decided she didn't like how the tube went in, so ya she pulled it out again. (Might i add that i hate needles) So here we go for a Third Time. We called this one good(I really was hoping it was), she left and at a bout 3 am the nurse checks me and i was a 5 and i asked her if the Dr was going to come break my water because that is usually what gets me going, and she said no he wasn't planning on coming in until 8am in the morning to do that. Oh wonderful. Well back to 3 am, i start telling her that i am really starting to feel my contractions, and she said no its fine its normal its just pressure. So i try to tell me self its fine, and during this time the babies heart monitor keeps telling us its dropping to the 60's which isn't good, but we could hear the heart rate and it wasn't dropping. So they figure out that its the machine and they want to switch my room. So at this point i am like NURSE my contractions are really hurting , and of course oh your fine. Ok so we get into the next room and i said it once again hoping she would call to get some kind of pain med working. I was really in a lot of pain. So she says ok ill check you, so she checks me and runs out to call the DR. I am at a 10 and ready to go. I feel something pop inside me and well yup there goes my water. And since my epidural wasn't working i sure was wanting to push right then, as i was in pain and wanting to push we waited about 10-15 min and in rolls the Dr half asleep(Oh it is 4:29, at this point) and he sits down and i said i am pushing. I Push once and on the next push she was out! My first reaction was YES the pain is GONE!!! Then I noticed how cute my baby girl was, SHE HAS HAIR, and its Brown. We fell in love right then and there! Watching Brian stare at his new daughter, was the best thing ever. He was smiling from ear to ear, and just kept saying how cute she was! She already has him tight around her fingers! We truly have been so blessed with 5 healthy children, and are so grateful for all of our blessings. We will strive to raise them the way the lord wants!

When we were living in the hotel, one morning Brocker woke up with this black eye! We don't remember him ever crying over something happening to his eye. So we are not sure what happened!

I know I am slow at uploading these, so we took this picture right before breakfast here at the Marriott residence inn here in Hammond, Indiana! I am exactly 34 weeks. So 6 weeks till my due date! Today has been a good day, we have brand new housing to move into on tuesday morning. And I was able to contact the ward and get a Dr. So i have an appointment with my new Dr next friday! And Brian of course is doing awesome with summer sales with Vivent/Apx, I haven't adjusted to the new name.

So we made it to Indiana.... Do we have an apartment.... nope... oh well right.

So long story short.. The apartments that Vivint had found for everyone where not safe, brian found another one for me and him and our kids to stay in. But we cannot move in until everyone else has a place to stay. So we have been living in the Residence Inn Marriott. Which to be honest would be actually ok.. Clean sheets, clean towels everyday.... but with 4.5 kids it doesn't work as nicely. Our poor kids are going crazy. 4 days with nothing to do, because our car is still packed and we are in a hotel room, and pretty much none of us are sleeping! Poor Brian is working so hard to get things taken care of. Its Weird he CANNOT WAIT to Knock a door!! He is so ready to just be able to start working!! I know that when he is able to he will do awesome! He always does good! And we are a little stressed about finding a Dr to deliver our baby girl here in 6 weeks.... I cant even attempt to find a Dr until i know where we will be living! AHAHAH

Well We are here Safe and Trying to make the best of a hard situation! We will keep updating as we figure stuff out!!

YEA!!! I am so excited and glowing since we found out. We are having a GIRL!!! We have already bought PINK PINK PINK! Brian is way excited and this little girl will have him right where she needs him. He will love her and spoil her so much, along with her 4 older brothers im sure!! I am so happy that she will have 4 older brothers to beat up on whatever guys try to come her way!! Our lives will be changing and I cant wait!!

Finishing up our SUMMER! YEA!

Wow we are more then ready to be back home! But i do want to sum up our summer, since i haven't been the best at blogging this summer!

We started in lynchburg, VA. We actually really love VA. We had a nice apartment and where able to travel up to DC, for a day and see the Zoo and all the sights in one long fun day. Then we moved after 2 months to Charleston, West VA. We have been living in the Residence inn Marriott. We have a 2 bedroom suite, a full kitchen, cable, swimming pool, house keeping, and dinner 3 times a week, oh and a full buffet breakfast. I know its actually Nice! But cant wait to have my house back! and more privacy! We have bonded with the workers here. The front desk people have been so good to us, and kinda letting us make this home. The kids love everyone that works here and run up to them and say hi every chance they get. The house keeping has spoiled me, they come at 9:15 every morning so that it is right as we are leaving for breakfast. But the Maintenance guy (Neil) has been so good to our boys, the kids run and jump on him and follow him around to learn how he is fixing things, and ask him 1001 questions. Today was his birthday so i felt it a good time to kinda slip in, we made a cake and gave him a piece today, my kids drew pictures and we got him a gift card to home depot. I really think he is an awesome man, and wanted to introduce him to the church, by just inviting him to church. I tried and no go, but i did no pressure just casual conversation with it. So i know that my first big missionary try didn't turn out in a baptism, but i do hope that some day he will remember us by how the gospel has influenced our lives. Anyways so now we are down to 2.5 weeks and counting. It seems like a life time away but we cannot wait to start our drive home! Hopefully we can stay positive! Anyways can wait to see you all!

We went to a parade and then to a carnival, the parade sucked, but the Carnival was amazing! Everything was free, cotton candy, snow cones, hot dogs, ice cream, shirts you name it!! So much fun!

Well This Is Brocker in the Hospital all hooked up to his IV's and trying his hardest to be as happy as can be!! So this is the story, Me and the kids and 2 of my friends where down at our pool hear at the residence in Marriott, in Charleston, West Virginia. And we had been there for a while and i was thinking i am going to put my legs in the hot tub because they are sore from running and then we will go back up stairs and get ready for dinner. So brock came and sat by me and wanted me to take his life jacket off.... So I did and let him sit by me and kick his legs in the hot tub, then he decided he wanted to go sit on the steps of the pool by the girls and kick his legs, well me being STUPID let him out of my mind for who knows how long, and next thing i know im talking to my friends by the hot tub and realized he was not around. I could see the very top of his head floating in the water, pretty far out from the stairs. I jumped up ran as fast as i could and jumped in the pool after him! Like little Angels some how Brian Trey and Brody were trying to pull him towards the stairs. But it was weird they were not letting my know that he needed help it was like our heavenly father got them to him just in time. So i pulled him up above water and water came out from every hole in his face. He coughed it out and just grabbed me. He never cried and actually tried to fall asleep on my(which he was not tired , he had just taken a 3 hour nap!) so i quickly tried to make him alert and tried to get him to talk and smile and he wouldn't, He was non responsive, but he was breathing and his eyes where open! I got really nervous and ran inside the hotel(my other kids where with my friends, i promise i didn't almost kill them to). I saw the fix it guy named Neil, this sounds weird but my family has actually become close to him over the last month. He is so helpful. Anyways so when i opened the door and saw him i BROKE down and started crying, he ran me into there office and called 911. After about 10 min Brock started to smile and respond and throw a ball back and forth with Neil. Then FINALLY the ambulance came, yes after like at least 15 min. And of course to them he looks fine, he is smiling, talking and throwing a ball. So the Paramedic listens to his lungs and says ok he sounds fine, so in return i say well i know that when people get a concussion the symptoms show up later, is there any symptoms with drowning that will show up later(its not like i have let my kids drown before so i had no idea)? He said NO, he said he might get a cough but that is normal and fine. So i obviously trusted him, i mean what else was i supposed to do. So i let brian know that everything is ok, and we go on. Well that night he slept really bad, and restless. He had a Bad Cough, and maybe maybe a slight fever for a little during the next day, not much if any though. So that night my sister Shari calls and says Brooke i talked to my friend that is a Dr today and told her the story and she just called back and realized that he was not taken to the Hospital to be checked out and says you need to bring him in now! So it is Midnight here so i say Shari really? Please call her and make sure i need to. So she calls her and says ok Brooke If he has any Cough he needs to be brought in NOW. So i go Yes he has had a cough all day, but they said that is normal.. well come to find out it is not normal! So Brian Rushed him down the ER, and they did X-rays and Yes he had water in his lungs, which is Pneumonia. What a blessing to know that the lord helped us figure out that he needed to be seen, he went through people close to us to help us make our little boy ok. So Brock was then admitted to the Hospital. They did blood test, hooked an IV into his foot, and put antibiotics into my little guy!! None of us slept all night, I was home worrying about them, while Brian was there holding brock to try and help him get a little sleep! I went down the next morning!(my amazing friend Ashley took my 3 boys for me so i could go down! THANK YOU) and While i was there he was able to be discharged, and come home. He is on an Antibiotic and he hates it! And wow is he tired, he took a 4 hour nap and ended because i woke him up at 5:30 worried that he wouldn't sleep tonight, and we all want to sleep tonight! Then he went back down for the night at 8 without any fight!! My poor boy!! He is always so happy and wanting to play with "the BOYS" yes BrianTrey, and Brody!

Wow i know way to long! But thank you for all the prayers and i am so grateful to have a loving heavenly father! I know he saved my baby boy! The gospel is an amazing thing and will never be forgotten in our little family!

We Went to DC with some friends that live out here and we went to the Zoo first(which is FREE) and then to see all the sights. We drove 4 hours there and spent the whole day and then 3 hours back!! We were way tired the next day!! So much fun though!

Wow Mothers day... I still am shocked every year when it comes, that i am a mother. I just don't feel like i live up to what a MOTHER is. I don't really know why but to me a Mother is my mom and my mother in law. They are both amazing mothers. Everyday while raising my own kids i compare my self to them, and knock my self down about things that i do wrong daily with raising my children. I Want to be a Mom just like my Mom was to me , and how i see how my mother in law was with her kids also. Daily i come up with new goals and ideas, crafts and just fun things to do with my kids, and it just seems like my list gets longer and longer everyday. I feel like i will never meet up to how amazing my mom and mother in law are! I hope I am not the only one in the world that feels this way. Every day I think, I wish i had someone that was going through the same curves that come with raising children that i am. ( I know that you are out there, i just need to find you! Ha ha) As woman we want to be super in everything i feel like, but i don't hide that i am for sure not super in very much! But I do Love my children very very much, and i hope that even after all that i do wrong in raising them , that they will know that I LOVE THEM. I am so amazed with how my children forgive and forget just like the lord wants us to do. I hope that they will always be able to do that for me. Ha Ha! Anyways I love being a mom to my children! And I Want to tell my mom THANK YOU for all that you have done all through out my life for me and my family! I look up to you so much and hope that some day i can be like you! I Love you Mom thanks!!

Also i love my mother in law who has also taught me so much, stuff that my Mom prob couldn't because growing up its not cool to listen to your mom. (ha ha) But Jan I love you to and thank you for raising your son as amazingly as you did, he is a stubborn one but when it comes down to it, he always knows what he was taught and what is right!! I am so excited! Along with brody being potty trained during the day with no accidents he has now decided to be potty trained at night. He wears underwear for naps and for bed and never an accident. He holds it all night and then pees a ton in the morning or he will wake up to go pee and then goes back to sleep. AMAZING. I wish all kids where this easy!! HA HA HA!

MY BIG BOY!!!! So we started potty training on day with no accidents (because i was taking him every 15 minutes.), the next day he had one accident in the morning and not any since. I don't even ask him if he needs to go. I just go check his potty every few hours and he has gone in and gone all by himself! We even left him with aunt Kristi last night and she said he would just go in and go!! We are so proud of him! Good job Brody! You are going to be an awesome Big brother here in a few weeks! We love you Brody !

Brody would fall asleep on all of there snow mobiling outings!

We traveled up to my Brothers Cabin. Just our little family went for 3 days. It was so fun to just be us and be away. They loved the snow!

We Registered Brody for his First year of pre school. And Brian Trey for his 2nd year!! Ah ah next time BT will be going to kindergarten.

It was fun to be able to see him again! Then at the top is my canning job!! I finished a few weeks back but was so sick of doing it i didn't put it on until now! I did Peaches, Applesauce, Apple Juice , Grape Juice, and Salsa!

Well now WE ARE NOT MOVING!! wow what a couple of weeks... we have searched and searched for houses...which may i add really is not to fun. ha ha ha . and now the people that were buying our home did not qualify for a loan. So yes we are staying here!! We are relieved, sad, excited and a lot more ..

Wow what a week!!! So Last week i was out sitting on our porch and my door was open and there were some people looking at the house for sale next door to us. We started talking and they wanted to take a look at our house(our house was NOT up for sale) so they asked if we would be willing to sell!! So they gave us a few offers and the last one we did except!! I am very nervous...for the reasons as follows ha ha... 1st we have no where to live . 2nd i am having a baby in a few months and would love to be in our own home by that time!! So if anyone knows of any rentals that we could rent until we find the home we are ready to buy that would be great!!! Also if you know any homes that are selling for awesome deals in your area please let us know!! We are excited!! we have to be out of our house in less then 3 weeks if everything goes through as planned!! (which who really knows if that will happen!) Anyways keep your eyes open for us!! Thanks Everyone!

So yes i just want to tell everyone how EXCITED we are that we are having another BOY!! He will and is very loved already!! Even though i really really wanted to go shopping like crasy for a baby girl, we are glad we get him instead!! We cant wait for him to join our lives! and our family!!

SURPRISE .....Yes it was a surprise to us as well.!!!! We are expecting another baby. We decided to put it on here to see who really reads our blog. HAHAH we are due Feb 8, 2010. Brock and this baby will be 14 months apart. WOW we need prayers that's for sure. we are nervous but very excited and feel so blessed to be able to have children so easily.
